Holland Huisvesting assumes the rental and vacancy risk as well as the payment risk. You are therefore assured of a stable return, even when there is (partial) vacancy.

In principle, all communication and agreements with labor migrants and their employers are at our expense and risk. We will of course record contractual agreements with you about the nature and content of the agreement you have with us.

Holland Huisvesting takes responsibility for permits and examines the possibilities and impossibilities offered by the zoning plan for the exploitation of short-stay facilities.

The labor migrants have sufficient space and privacy, there are good and hygienic sanitary facilities, a kitchen, clear information provision and fire-safe accommodation.

Holland Huisvesting takes over the entire operational management of the property. Whether it concerns energy contracts, telephone, television and internet connection or taxes, it is our concern. We provide financial, technical and operational management and in case of calamities we are available 24/7 by telephone for you as the owner.

We have extensive experience and knowledge of housing migrant workers. We ensure that short- and middle-long-stay labor migrants can live independently and comfortably. You as the owner will be completely unburdened and will receive the guarantee that your home will be delivered in its original condition at the end of the rental period.

Holland Huisvesting is constantly looking for suitable homes for housing employees. We offer property owners the option of temporarily renting out housing to employees. We are happy to provide you with a free overview of what (temporary) staff accommodation can offer you.
